No Harassment or Toxic Behavior of any kind

This is a safe, respectful, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone to enjoy themselves. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at the venue and participants in our social media channels. Guests, staff, and volunteers will be held to the same standards. We reserve the right to remove or ban any person who does not adhere to the Code of Conduct. We do not tolerate harassment or toxic behavior of any kind, including:

  • Intimidation or threats
  • Inappropriate disruption of events
  • Hurtful language
  • Physical assault of any type
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwanted sexual attention
  • Unwanted photography or video recording
  • Bullying or stalking

Especially in connection to:

  • Race or ethnicity
  • National origin
  • Gender identity or presentation
  • Sex or sexual orientation
  • Age
  • Disability, medical condition, or pregnancy
  • Religion
  • Citizenship status

What To Do

  • If you are asked to stop any harassing or toxic behavior, STOP immediately!
  • If you experience or witness any form of harassment or toxic behavior, please contact the nearest staff member. A staff member will address the situation.
  • To file a formal complaint, please speak with us in person, reach out to us via Discord, Email, or Instagram/Facebook DM.
  • If you feel unsafe in your immediate situation, alert our staff, move to a safe location, and if it is an emergency please dial 911.

We strive to ensure Outer Limits remains a fun, safe, inclusive environment where people of all ages can enjoy their favorite game whether it is a Casual Meet-Up or a Competitive Tournament.

With that in mind, we have created this Code of Conduct to set a clear expectation of how Players should conduct themselves while at Outer Limits.
